I love their appetizers, and the wide selection of quality hamburgers. This toro burger in particular is located in Cimarron Plaza one of west El Paso best Plaza 's. Also close to the outlets and a stone throw away from Flix brew house. I also love the atmosphere very clean and polished. Very professional service and quality food as always from toro. Would highly recommend going for an upscale burger experience ”
